Why can't I scroll while editing my website?

When I’m making my website it doesn’t let me scroll no matter what I do I can scroll when I preview but not when I’m editing.

I checked your website and found that it still scrolls normally.

Did you mean that you can’t scroll in the editor?

having the same problem now.. any resolution? happend out of nowhere..
