When shipping to UK customers from our base in the UK, the ‘create shipping label’ button is available and a great help. We have just opened up to shipping from the UK to the USA and we’re seeing that orders from USA do not have this button available for us to use.
Am i missing something?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with printing labels directly from the Shopify admin, to get this resolved. To confirm, is the shop utilizing Shopify Shipping for customers within the United States?
Shopify Shipping is currently available for orders shipped from fulfillment locations within the United States, Canada, Australia, France, and the United Kingdom. If shipping rates are being populated from a third-party app or a fulfillment location outside the countries listed above, labels will not be available to you. I recommend checking out our Shopify Shipping Labels documentation, as it touches on this in greater detail.
If you are meeting the requirements for Shopify Shipping and still don’t see the option to print shipping labels from the Shopify admin, I recommend Contacting Support to allow us to investigate further.
