Why can't I sell and ship products to France?

I would like to know why I can’t sell and ship to France, I tried to buy from my store and ship to France but I can’t, please help me to fix this issue.

To gather some more context, is this message occurring only for your customers in France? The first thing I suggest is to ensure that you’ve set up your shipping to include your desired shipping zones. Customers can order products from your store only if the country or region where they want the order shipped to is included in one of your shipping zones. You can look into this by going to Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Manage Rates.

If this is already set up correctly, the error may occur as a result of missing gaps between the different shipping rates or having overlapping weights. Shipping is based on the total value or weight, depending on how you have set up your shipping rates. If for example, you have set up your rates by value then you should have a rate for every possible scenario without any gaps. For example:

I don’t know where is the problem I add the shipping zone, I didn’t really understand what you mean by that you must have a rate for each possible scenario without any gaps.

I added the USA zone, free delivery above 50 dollars otherwise I defined a small amount of delivery if the purchase is below 50 dollars and I did the same thing with France, but in France it does not work, I put different delivery prices between the two countries but otherwise it’s free for both if the purchase is above 50 dollars.

If you prefer, you can reach out to our support team so we can take a closer look at your shipping settings together. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once you have logged in, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’ and then click 'Continue. They will be able to access your account and narrow down where the issue is arising.

This issue, I assume, only occurs when customers order from France. If that’s the case, the first thing I’d recommend is that you setup your shipping to include your preferred shipping zones because customers can only order products from your store if the country or region to which they want the order shipped is included in one of your shipping zones.
