Why can't I sync products from Oberlo to DSers?

Hello,

i have a new store and a product that appears on Oberlo.

i want to sync it with DSers- so i went to Oberlo and clicked on the sync button- but every time i try i get a message (from DSers) that says “Sync Failed”.

How can i solve this?

Have your products first synced to DSers? You want to abandon Oberlo and migrate to DSers?

What does DSers attract you?

hi, i think the products were synced through Oberlo first (i didn’t import them to the store). i have previous experience with DSers and that’s why i want to migrate there

You need to first import products to your Shopify store, then you can migrate them from Oberlo to DSers.

Hey, how cdid you do it? I press the sync button when Im on the Oberlo products list, but the sync gets stuck at 30%. Nothings happens.

i went to aliexpress and imported the products from scratch (as if it’s a new product) and then i just copied the product description, images, etc… don’t forget to also change the price and the url!

Yes that was my plan B, I guess i´ll have to do it that way, thanks!
