Hello,
I’ve been trying to upload pictures into products, PDFs into customer files and Shopify keeps showing up the same error message “There was an issue processing the uploaded media. Try again later.” I’m more than certain that the files meet all the required criteria, it’s the same kind of .jpeg files I’ve uploading for the past year and half. I tried on different web browsers, incognito mode, on a different computer as well, I tried the upload from the mobile app and nothing. Very frustrating because it won’t even let me upload simple PDF files into a customer’s order.
Does anyone know if this is a general issue or is it something that’s affecting my account only?
