We are having the same issue, and all Shopify agents insist it’s a local issue. but for sure it’s not.
we have tried everything from changing internet connections to new laptop Pc and macs, even Shopify mobile app and finally, we tried with other stores we own, and still the same issue.
Shopify simply ignoring the issue
facing the same issue. We have done everything they have suggested, no change.
Looks like their Tech team sleeping! we have 3 Shops and now we are really considering leaving Shopify.
Facing the same problem,only way I could upload images was disconnecting from wifi…then it worked. But is not a solution…
Yes, thanks for this. Weirdly even i was able to upload after connection to my phone’s wifi hotspot.
