The only option I can select to verify my address is “Utility bill”. I live with my parents, our bills (electricity, water etc) are not to my name.

I am able to provide documents to my name from Inland Revenue New Zealand. Or I can also do bank statement. Why aren’t these shown as options ? How do I prove my address ??

The purpose of collecting these various pieces of information is to comply with regulatory requirements designed to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. As outlined on our Shopify Payments New Zealand help document here, you should be able to submit some other documents to satisfy the address verification requirement.
