Why can't items be shipped to my store's address?

I’m having the same issue with a lot of customers - when customers reach checkout it says ‘items cannot be shipped to this address’ but they can? They’re all UK addresses?

Are you offering real time rates within the UK? if so, what courier are you using for rates?

We use set rates for different order price brackets! We use a third party fulfilment team to ship!

Great - did you set your international option for the zones to allow shipment to all applicable countries?

I am having the same issue. So many customers are having issues with ‘items not shipping to their address’.

All weights are covered, the location UK is set, what is wrong? It’s loosing us sales

Make sure you check your shipping weights. Especially if you’re shipping from over seas. Some apps have the tendency to not convert to the US system and you’ll have a product that weighs 1lb coming out to weigh 600lbs.

Also, what I did is removed some of the default rates from my shipping and started over. I only did the U.S. and the “Rest of of the World” and used USPS with all the services selected. Making sure my weights were correct and using only those two shipping zones solved all my problems.

I too am working with Printify for everything.

I know this is a simple fix, but I can’t seem to get sorted.

Have you set up the shipping zones? Also Make sure your sales channel for
the products are set to printify if thats your vendor for drop shipping.

Contact Printify. In my case it turned out to be Printify.

Also, what version payment of Plan do you have with shopify? You need to be
set up with the annual basic plan to implement the aut shipping parameters
in Printify.

I don’t think my sales channels for the products are set to printify. I
guess that needs to be done as that is my (only for now) vendor for drop
shipping.

I am not on an annual with Shopify. I am on $79 a month. Maybe I made a
mistake. (The learning curve is real here!)

I had a friend who was due to help me this am and I reached out to a
Shopify Expert for help. Waiting on both. We’ll see.

After all the work that has gone into this, it is beyond frustrating in
this final stretch.

I am a bit gutted at the moment.

I am having the same issue. With some of the items I tested.

I’m having the same issue but it’s not the rates that is the issue. And it’s only when people try to place mobile orders. I tried checking out on the computer and it worked perfectly fine. Help me please!

I went to check out my shipping costs this morning and I am having the same problem and I’m not sure how to resolve the problem. My store is fairly new and I only have 2 products. Can anyone help me ?

are you using a drop shipper.

Do you have zones set up under shipping in shopify?

My problem was that I did not have the “Shop Location” enabled on my General Shipping Profile (Settings–> Shipping And Delivery–> General Shipping Rates–> Manage–> Shop Location). Once I enabled this, I was able to checkout with multiple products.
