Why can't my information be verified for payment processing?

Why is it telling me my information could not be verified for shopify payment. It won’t give me an exact answer to how to fix this it is telling me to contact support. Please help, thank you!

It could be any number of reasons for fail verification so you should reach out to the support team directly and they will help you find out what’s wrong.

To get a live chat with them, please follow the instruction below:

  • Refer to this link and log in to your store.
  • Select an available topic.
  • Select a suitable method to reach out to the support team. ( live chat is high recommended)

I can see that you are having some issues with Shopify Payments verification in your Shopify admin.

From what I can gather, you have already submitted the requested verification documents, however you are seeing some messages saying that they could not be verified and that you should contact our support team, is that right?

Are you seeing any options to re-submit the documents in your admin? If so, then you can try clicking that button, and it should tell you what documents are being requested and give you the option to re-submit them.

However, if you are unable to do the above then you should indeed reach out to our support team using this link here. Here on the Shopify Community we cannot access account specific information, but if you contact us using that link we can authenticate you as the Account Owner and take a closer look.
