Website canceled my order because of suspect to be fraud!
it cancel by website not by shopify so contact them and place a new order and what did you buy
Hi @DeMar ,
You are through to Shopify Support, and Shopify is the ecommerce service merchants use to run their stores. We don’t ship or manage orders.
I understand this situation is not ideal and you’re experiencing an issue with your order. However, to report the problem with the order, you will need to get in touch with the store directly.
Please check if the store website has a contact form or an email address you can reach out to.
Also, you should be able to find their email address or Contact Us link in the footer of the order confirmation email. Sometimes automatic confirmation emails end up in Spam or Junk folders, so make sure to check those first. If there is no email, check their social media profiles and try to reach out to them there to inquire further.
Alternately, if you have a store and the system cancelled an order you received, Shopify’s fraud analysis will certainly flag high-risk orders. However, it will not automatically block orders, as we do not manage stores or fulfilment on behalf of our merchants. In that case you could look for a third party app installed that might be causing the auto cancellation.
