Why did my store suddenly become inactive?

I just wake up and see my store was inactive and I don’t know why is inactive please help with this issue

I try everything but nothing yet and live chat not working

You may need to go through local troubleshooting if you’re having issues creating a support ticket through live chat, @Mohax413 . I’ll outline the troubleshooting steps you can do below, however, if you see the option to contact our support team via email, you can do that instead.

If you wish to try contacting our support team via live chat, you can try the following to see if any of the steps enable you to start a chat. Please attempt to create a support ticket via live chat after each step.

  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues. When using incognito, if you are still experiencing the error, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
