Just received an email from Shopify that my monthly billing payment has failed. Have you guys changed something in your system? I used the same card for years and it worked fine, suddenly it doesn’t so it isn’t the card itself or the bank or whatever … it’s probably you (Shopify). Any chance for this to be sorted out?
If you’ve had a credit card from or a debit card co-branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, these are still acceptable payment methods for your Shopify bills.
