I have no clue which label to use here: Shop Pay
I had a customer purchase an item for $1,637.99.
The customer cancelled the order within a few hours. The order was not processed or fulfilled. The customer contacted Shop Pay and told them of the cancellation.
Shop Pay deposited $1,541.05 and then immediately (within minutes) withdrew $1,637.99.
Why did Shop Pay withdraw an extra $96.94 extra?
Maybe someone here can answer the “why” and tell me how to get my $96.94 returned because SHOP PAY HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL I SENT DAYS AGO AND THERE IS NO LISTED PHONE NUMBER!!!
I contacted Affirm. Got an actual person. Actual person says I must email Shop Pay as they are the one handling deposits and withdrawals … And of course, actual person has no phone number for Shop Pay. Only an email.
