Why do my deleted products keep reappearing?

Good day

Can someone please assist on the following technical issue:

  1. In the Products/All products section I can (obviously) see my products.
  2. There were a few products that I didn’t want anymore, so I selected them with the “check” box.
  3. I clicked the More Actions menu, then selected Delete products.
  4. A window appeared asking me to confirm their deletion and that it can’t be undone.
  5. I deleted the products.
  6. When I logged into my store the next time, I saw that the deleted products had returned.

I have done this more than once. The deleted products keep reappearing. It is becoming quite frustrating.

This is an odd issue - if you delete your products they should stay deleted from your admin! Just as a troubleshooting step, have you tried clearing your cache to remove the preloaded data? This might force the product page to refresh itself. There is a guide here on how to clear your cache when using a Mac. For all other devices, there is a more general guide here.

It may be best here for our Technical team to have a look at your admin internally to see why the deleted products have not removed themselves yet. Thanks for the reply. Yes I would like to have your tech support look into
this. Im trying to get all the bugs worked out of my store, which is
already live!
