Why does a customer get a payment processing error at checkout?

Good Morning. Please anytime a customer tries checking out from my store, the message she gets is there is an error processing your payment. Try another payment method.

We try but still dont get any good result. What could be the problem

Would you have previously been able to process payments with this gateway okay?

No I just started using Shopify and I’m getting these response.

I’d check out our troubleshooting steps for third-party gateway integrations here, such as ensuring the account info or number is correct.

Would you have gotten in touch with Paystack support yet to see if they have any advice to share on their gateway integration?
