Hello I use aliexpress and every time I get an order and request fulfilment it get declined straight away. What do I do I’ve got loads of customers waiting. Please help how do I fulfil orders properly.
I would contact your supplier directly, it sounds like they are the ones that declined the fulfillment request so they can give you the reason.
If they’re shipping the item, then you can communicate that to your customers. If they are not shipping your item, then ask them why, in the meantime if it’s a delay of more than a few days I would reach out to your customers to let them know there’s been a delay.
