in the checkout page the country and region selector is only selecting the USA country and Its region respectively and it is not showing other country option why is that please help with this asap

In order to allow shipping worldwide, you should activate International Market in Settings.
From Shopify admin, please navigate to Setting > Markets to see if this market is activated or not? If not, simply click on Manage next to the International Market section then you’ll see the Activate button.

Thanks for explaining the issue that you are seeing in the checkout. I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this here.
Generally, the checkout options would reflect the settings you have put in place in your Shopify admin. The two main areas to double check here would be the Shipping and Delivery section and the Markets section. Can you double check if you see Markets when you navigate to Settings in your Shopify admin?
You will need to ensure that you have set up shipping rates for the relevant locations that you wish to ship to. To add shipping rates, you will need to navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery. You need to click Manage next to the relevant profile (usually general) then create shipping zones and add rates. We have a handy resource for this here which I would recommend using as a reference.
If you have access to Shopify Markets, then I would then recommend making sure that the shipping rates in your shipping & delivery section also correspond to an active market in the markets section (Settings > Markets). I did a quick test of this on my own store, and unless the market is active and has shipping rates, that region will not show as an option in the drop down menu in the checkout.

The countries that appear in your checkout i.e, USA is based on the areas you ship to. You can alter this by adding more shipping zones to include all the countries you wish to ship to. You can do this under Settings > Shipping and delivery.

You have to configure your Shopify market first. This is done by selecting “Add Markets” from within the Markets settings. To resolve it accurately you can contact Shopify live chat support: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat
