Im using dawn theme and my banner is good on the desktop view but when on mobile view it gets cut off.

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the section you are referring to as that is very helpful! When you navigate to the Theme Editor and select the section, did you happen to try to change banner height on the section, by any chance? I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
I would also suggest using an image with a 3:2 aspect ratio for best results for the section. With that being said, I highly recommend you take a look at our guide that goes into this in more depth: How to Combat Image Cropping on Slideshow Sections. It goes over various ways to get your image to show as intended on mobile and desktop versions of the theme.

I have tried changin the Banner height but it zooms in and gets blurry, and if i chose to use 3:2 aspect then the picture height is too large, but thanks for the info,
