I bought a domain through Shopify. When I go to the domain I bought it says coming soon. It’s been well over 48 hours. I am not sure if I have everything set right. I have search to try to fix the problem myself but don’t really understand domains.

You mentioned that when you access the domain it says ‘coming soon’. Is this message displayed on your main Shopify storefront? I am wondering if this might be your password page as outlined here on our help center.
Thanks for confirming that it has been over 48 hours since you purchased the domain. We would generally expect the domain to start working quite quickly, but in some instances it can take up to 48 hours for any DNS changes on a domain to update. When you purchase a domain on Shopify, it should be pre-configured to work straight away, and shouldn’t require any further setting changes. We have some information here on our help center that explains what is involved.
Would it be possible to share the domain URL with me here, so that I can take a closer look at what I can see from my side? Sharing a screenshot of the domain within the Settings > Domains section of your admin would be helpful also.
