Why does my online store get deactivated after changing bank details?

Hey guys support has been very useless for a while and I cant seem to understand why this is happening, every time i tweak the setting for the bank account or use a credit card (Wise Mastercard) that has been used for numerous stores, the store suddenly gets deactivated. Up until a few months it was called the AUP and Shopify at least sent a notification but this time I got no emails or anything.

For your information all 3 stores got banned instantly after switching bank accounts:
