I recently set up my shopify store, and my store has gained lots of traction via TikTok (Around 500 people a day) organically. Unfortunately I have a 0% conversion rate with no sales. I have over 28 added to cart and 32 actually checked out. How would I know if it is some type of issue with checkout or payments? Please help… my store is thegelstriker.com

If you’re trying to reach a younger demographic, TikTok is an especially useful tool—62% of its audience falls into the 10- to 29-year-old age group. Based on these demographics, you can tailor your videos to match the content Gen Z enjoys consuming and capitalize on your understanding of the algorithm to manufacture virality.
If you wanted to check whether you have any issues with your checkout process and payment providers, I would suggest performing a test order. Before launching your store it’s always important to complete a test order so you would be aware of any issues prior to sales. I have taken a look at your website and your checkout appears to be working as it should be. Have you had any reports from customers that they were unable to checkout?
