Why does my online store show as inactive?

I’ve had my store for about a week and for some reason when I login it says inactive now. I have reached out to support via email twice with no response. Any ideas?

From what I can tell I haven’t done anything wrong or against guidelines. All cards are in date and I wasn’t selling anything prohibited

Ok, then wait for the merchant support response, they usually get back within a few days.
