when clients shop it says unable to ship to adress what do I need to change
Hi, @exoticfrenchies .
Is there a specific error message that you’re seeing?
Depending on the error message, I went through some troubleshooting steps in regards to a potentially similar shipping rate issue in this Forum post. You can go through the steps I listed in that post to see if that will resolve your issue.
You can also double check the products on cart and make sure that they’ve been marked as a physical product within the product page on the store’s admin, so that they’re eligible for shipping. Check out the Shipping section of this help guide for more information on this.
Another aspect of the store that you can check is your Markets settings. You can navigate to Settings > Markets to check if all the regions the seller is looking to sell to are active. If a region they wish to sell to isn’t currently active, you can activate the market by following the instructions in this guide.
After you’ve made the necessary changes, you can test your client’s store’s checkout once more to see if you’re able to see any shipping rates appear. Remember that you can also fully test their checkout by putting the store’s payment provider on test mode, to make sure that the checkout process is operating smoothly and as intended. We have instructions here that you can check, if you need guidance on how to place a test order on a store. If the store is using Shopify Payments, follow the instructions listed here instead.
Let me know how this goes.
