I have a basic plan on Shopify UK. The site states the annually plan is £19 GBP per month which totals £228 GBP per year. My bill was priced at 348 USD for the basic annual plan which works out at £29 USD. I contacted customer service and discovered my billing currency was USD so changed it to GBP and it changed my annually plan to correct amount of 228 GBP but when I paid the bill it reverted back to the 348 USD which exchanges to around 274 GBP. Not sure why there is such an increase when the exchange rates haven’t fluctuated that much. I’d like a refund or credit for the £46 difference. Thanks
