We have a main Australian website www.bixbyandcompany.com.au which works fine, but people in the UK and US who load www.bixbyandcompany.com are reporting that the page never loads - that it just refreshes over and over. I have seen it myself now I’ve tried it outside Australia. Shopify support don’t seem to know how to solve it. Could it be code, or an app? Help!! We’re losing international sales
