I am running into an issue. When I update the Alt text and url from the content files sections, the image disappears from the website theme. Is anyone else having this

Instead of editing the image URL’s & alt text via the ‘files’ section of the admin, edit the images directly through the theme editor.
Find the section where the image is, and then click “edit” over the image.
If you continue to edit the images via the ‘files’ section of the Shopify admin, then it makes sense that the images are disappearing from the theme, because the theme just saves the file names (not the actual images), so if you change the file name outside of the theme editor, then the theme will have no way to know that the image name has changes (thus it disappears).

I’m also facing this issue when i update the filename and alt text, but this issue didnt solve yet. Please give me permanent solution. I have tried your methods but didnt see any result.

I am also having this issue when editing through the theme editor. As soon as I change the alt text or filename and save it, when I return it has disappeared. Really frustrating. Is there a solution for this?
