I’m in urgent need of support.

Our ‘Add to Cart’ button has disappeared on our shop.
After looking at some Discussions about this subject, it seems to be linked to the theme and coding.
Last night I was trying to work out how to reduce the size of the image banner and followed some advice suggested on the Shopify Community Discussion which was to go themes and adjust the code - I did not adjust the code as I didn’t feel comfortable doing that.
We are going live with a sale this afternoon and I really need the button. Can Shopify Support view from the backend and fix it for me?
