Why hasn't my package arrived after 30 days?

Hi my name is aleyda and 30 days ago I orden a package and havent receive it and they block me

It’s best to work out the non-delivery issue with the seller directly. But if there is no way of getting in contact with them, you can fill out this form.

As Nick_Marketing has advised, it is best to resolve this issue directly with the business that you purchased from. This is because Shopify is an ecommerce software company - We provide the technology used to create websites to many independent business owners. As such, we are not involved in their day-to-day business activities.

However, if you continue to have trouble getting in touch with them, and still have not received your purchase, then I recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider. They’ll be able to advise further on if they can help with recovering your funds.
