Well, I have received an order last week, and I have fulfilled the order, and the customer just received his item yesterday, then I closed the store.
The payout was scheduled to be paid out on April 27th, but nothing arrived, not even the confirmation email.
I talked to the support, but they didn’t solve a thing.
Can you please tell me what’s going on ?
It’s not a little amount to shut on up.

I understand a customer placed an order, you fulfilled it and the customer has received it. Your payout was scheduled for April 27th however you haven’t received it.
In regards to your payout schedule, once the payout is sent it might not be received by your bank right away. It can take up to a few days after the payout is sent for it to be deposited into your bank account. I recommend contacting your bank directly to find out if your payouts are being delayed.
Since you’ve contacted support, I recommend replying to the ticket that has been created. Our support team will be able to have a closer look at your payout schedule and advise if there are any issues and what best next steps need to be taken. We’re unable to authenticate your account or provide account specific details via our Community Forums so replying to your ticket will be best.

I have no clue what to say to Payoneer, I have no transaction ID of the payout, nor I received a payout confirmation which is titled “Your payout is on its way”. And the support whom I contact they just ghosted me since I contact them via Chat feature.
I didn’t even receive a “failed payout” email.
I can give you access to my closed store if you want.
