Why hasn't UPS picked up my scheduled package?

“You scheduled a $4.00 UPS On-Call Pickup® (confirmation #29K7HDRKKB7) for August 9 between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm” It is now Aug 13th and this package is still on my doorstep… what do I do? I really don’t want to drive it to UPS after paying $4 for a pickup.
