Hello
I have not received any payout for any of my orders . On the website it states that it normally takes about 5 days to process but payment has been pending since 1/25 that is when I received my first order . Can you please assist me on this ?

It would be best that you reach out to our Authenticated Support Team so we can assist you with investigating why your payout has been pending for so long. You’ll want to use this link to access our Help Portal, and then you will want to let out AI Assistant know that you would like some support with investigating this payout.

You should be able to use the link I shared with you in my previous reply (as well as this link here) to access our Help Portal. From there, you can chat with our AI Assistant. All you need to do is let the AI Assistant know that you want to be connected with an advisor to help you with your pending payout, and it will provide you with prompts that you can use to get connected with someone.
