So I’ve been jumping hoops kind of ridiculous there’s no Shopify support email. I had a payout 12th of April been 8 days haven’t received any payout it’s the right bank account as they bill me monthly was wondering if anyone actually knew what to do also if anyone knows the email Shopify support is cause I got a stupid message “a ticket hasn’t been created” I don’t know sorry I’m in a complaining mood nothing is working I’m jumping through hoops and the Shopify support system is a joke.
Like just make a chat group or email that people can send questions. Makes everyone’s life easy. I didn’t even know what to call this so how could I search it up etc etc I don’t know that’s my rant money never went through I’m stressed out about it like they’ve stolen it that and a dumb support system that doesn’t work properly
