I’m trying to order a balance card, but I can’t find the page to do it, I’m been trying to find a video to explain but no results. And also I got my first order and my money didn’t go through, I don’t actually If is because my payout card is debit.
If you are not seeing the option for Shopify Balance in your finances section of your store then there is a possibility that you are not eligible, or no longer eligible, to use it. If you are sure that you meet all these requirements (listed below) then you will want to contact our authenticated support channels for additional help.
You also mentioned that you believe you are missing a payout, was the payment for this order processed through Shopify Payments? If yes, you can track the status of the payout in your admin under Settings > Payments > View Payouts for Shopify Payments.
You can also check the order timeline history in the admin to see the confirmed payout date.
If you are unable to track the payout that will also require you to connect with our authenticated support for troubleshooting. The issues could be related and there might be an issue with your Shopify Payments account, which has caused the removal of Balance and also affected your payout.
Requirements for Shopify Balance:
Shopify Balance accounts are not available to all merchants. To open a Shopify Balance account, you need to meet the following requirements:
be a store based in the United States or Puerto Rico (other United States territories are not supported)
have Shopify Payments set up or sign up for Balance when signing up for Shopify Payments
have a valid US Social Security Number (SSN)
have a single account owner for Shopify Payments (you can have partnerships)
