When I first came across your question a few days ago, I loaded up your store and was able to see the pop-up loading. I did some research into why this was happening and was hoping to follow up with you.
Coming back to the question today, it looks like you’ve changed the theme in your store, and the pop up no longer seems to be appearing. Can you confirm for me if you’ve changed your store theme, and that you’re also not seeing the pop up anymore?
It’s likely that the cause of the pop-up appearing as it was is related to the coding of the theme. Can you share with me what theme you were using that has this popup issue? It’s likely that one will just need to speak to the developer of the theme in order to get some assistance with solving the issue.
