Why is Google Merchant Center not recognizing my website's footer?

My google merchant center is flagged with “Misrepresentation”, when I called them they said I needed to add the “Refund Policy” and the “Billing terms & Conditions” in the footer, which I did.

But they said there was another problem: they couldn’t see my footer when they visit my website. Which I think is not true since I’m still having customers outside of google traffic without any issues.

I have all the contact informations (address, email, phone..), and they all are legit.

I asked for a review and it has been negative. So I really don’t know what to do, since everything they asked me has been done. And I don’t understand how they can’t see my website’s footer, since everything is working perfectly and customers still purchasing from outside google’s traffic.

How is this even possible to not see a website’s footer? Can you please advice/help?

My store is: pupcounty.com

Make sure your testimonials are real and from real sales, and can be verified, otherwise remove the testimonials.

Your business address, is not the address you are operating from, make sure you only show an address where you physically work from, ie pickup phone calls, write emails and receive customer complaints and legal documents.

Missing availability status on product landing page.

Missing contact details in the checkout

I recommend having a look at all the other points I highlight here: https://community.shopify.com/c/Ecommerce-Marketing/Checklist-Suspended-Google-Merchant-Center-Account-Fix-amp/m-p/1086444/highlight/true#M39128

Thank you for that, I’m going to work on it. But I’ve got one question.; You wrote:

“Your business address, is not the address you are operating from..”

How do you know this? Is it visible on the website?

I have a set of propriety tools that I use.

I see. But still I think this rule is weird since having an eCommerce business allow to move around and operate from anywhere in the world without having to stay still in the same environment. Its allow flexibility. Anyway, thanks a lot!

It’s all about trust, Google does not want users to be misled. Showing an address where you are really operating from, would increase that trust.
