Why is my checkout link constantly refreshing?

The check out page on my store doesn’t work, it only keeps refreshing. Two customers have said the same

Just to gather some additional context, could you share your online store URL so we can take a further look? Also, are you or your customers receiving any specific errors when attempting to navigate to the checkout?

I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your browser and try to navigate to the checkout once again. If the issue persists, you can attempt to use a separate browser - for example, if you are using Safari, try this action on Google Chrome.

I cleared the cache and still doesn’t work.

My customers is the one that made aware of the problem, the cart page only keeps refreshing so when they click checkout it only refresh but doesn’t take them to check out.

I have try several thing like reinstalling the theme, removing new apps and even erasing the google script at checkout,

I can confirm with you that the checkout button appearing on the cart page is causing the page to reload instead of navigating to the online store checkout. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to our live support by logging into your store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the option to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

Temporarily backup and remove your gtag.js code, and/or use this fix (only good for some themes): Add this below the part of the cart coding it should resolve the issue :
