They said: There is currently an issue for some customers checking out. An incident has been raised on our Shopify Status page and our developers are working as quickly as they can to resolve this. What I can do is follow up by email if you like to let you know when the issue has been fixed. Do you have any other payment methods on your store as this is only affecting Shopify Payments rather than third party providers or PayPal.

Earlier today, Shopify received multiple reports of checkouts being down for some merchants. The issue has since been escalated to our developers who actively worked to have this resolved. Your customers should now be able to navigate to the checkout as normal and complete a purchase. We’ve updated the Shopify Status page to reflect these changes.
