Why is my contact us form not sending and how can I fix it?

My contact us form is not longer sending . How do you correct this

Can you confirm that the email listed in your admin under Settings > Store details > Contact information > Sender email is correct, and if so, that you’re still receiving other emails to that email address?

If the above is true, you will need to get in touch with our live support team to have them look in the back end of your account to see if something is being blocked. If you’re not receiving any emails to that address, I recommend contacting your email provider and/or adding mailer@shopify.com to your safe sender list.

When it comes to reaching out to our live Support line, I’ll provide some steps here to make it easier.

  1. Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
  2. Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
  3. Select the support topic that best suits your inquiry (such as Account or Store settings)
  4. Scroll down to where it says Get support and select one of the available support options

You will then be connected with a Support Advisor who can investigate this issue with you.
