I'm unable to receive emails of messages from my contact form

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I understand not receiving the contact form emails is not ideal. Rest assured, I’ll be happy to provide you with some options.

Could you please provide a time frame of when you first noticed the emails from Shopify were not being sent from the contact form? Also, are you able to receive notification emails from Shopify?

I would like to advise double checking your junk, spam and inbox folder. Could you also check your inbox filter and sort settings, your blocked senders and safe senders list? Another option is to try updating the email you have on file and see if the contact form emails successfully send.

If after updating the email address you’re still not able to receive the contact form emails, I’d like to suggest reaching out directly to our Live Support team. They’ll be able to authenticate your account and take a closer look as to why the contact form emails from Shopify are not being sent to the email address you have on file.
