Why is my customer seeing a 'No Shipping Rates' message during checkout?

Hello Shopify community!

I had a customer have trouble checking out & I’m not sure if it was a problem on her end or mine.

Below is a picture of what she saw as a customer:

When I tried to look on my end, I noticed this message in regards to shipping:

Do the messages on both of our ends have correlation with one another? Any information will be greatly appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:

It looks like you haven’t set up any shipping rates for your products yet; have you added rates in the admin section? There is a helpful guide here that will show you how to do that, you can decide what rates to set up.

Have you decided how you would like to ship your products yet? Meaning, how you decided to ship them yourself via your local post office, or use a courier service? Both options are good! How you ship the products can help you decide how to set up your rates.
