Why is my EcomSolid landing page displaying as blank?

Hello!

I am using EcomSolid for several shops and never had issues, but today I have made landing page and it’s just blank (I see that it has links and texts, but they are unseen)

Any ideas how to fix this? My theme for this store is Flow

Hi @Corsettery ,

Please add below script in your theme.liquid file. just above end of your tag.

Go to online store > themes > Actions > Edit code > template > theme.liquid

I wanted to touch base and provide you with some information on some routes you can go for support on this. Since both your theme, and this application, are third-party, the Shopify scope of support is limited in terms of what we can do directly, but we can certainly advise you on how to have this issue resolved.

  • If possible, consider reaching out to your theme developer to see if they’d be able to lend a hand. They can look into the coding of your theme, and pinpoint why this error may have occired.
  • Additionally, I recommend reaching out to the app developer, too. The reason I suggest this is because, if this issue happens once, it may happen again. It would be a good idea to touch base with them so they can be made aware of this happening, and so they can advise on how to avoid this in the future.
