When I attempt to create a new email using the Shopify Emails app, I see a message that states “Shopify Email is blocked for your store. You will not be able to send campaigns to your subscriber list. Contact Support to troubleshoot.”
I am not sure why I am being blocked but it is preventing me from reaching out to my customers and marketing my store.
