Why is my free shipping setting not working correctly on checkout?

Hello all,

New to Shopify here migrating from Volusion, its been a crazy couple of weeks worth of work and perhaps 3 more months before we can go live. I ran into an issue today that has me going crazy. I installed the “Focal” theme and paid for it, it is working well, but for some reason the free shipping, which is configured correctly for $100 or more is defaulting to $50 during checkout. Is there anywhere else to look? I have a shipping profile for all products with a conditional order minimum of $100, so not sure why I am seeing “Spend $2.00 more and you get free shipping” in my cart when I have $48.00 in it.

Any ideas?

Are you sure this during /checkout or during the /cart steps while still on the theme for the online sales channel.

These are different things on shopify so make effort when discussing them to be clear which is which.

This sounds like a FOMO app or similar, or a theme feature that should be configurable or disableable.

What actually happens when you get to the shipping step in /checkout.

Good point, sorry if wasn’t clear. It is in the cart, so I’m assuming it is a theme issue?

Either theme configuration problem, or an app issue.
