Why is my G Suite domain status still pending on Shopify?

I am using g suite as my domain email(domain verified and MX record added successfully, everything works)

my domain hosting is AWS

when I check sender email on shopify backend setting

showing “Domain status :Pending”

I have done all configuration by shopify, 4 CNAME records added to AWS,

I tried twice and wait over 48 hours, it still fail to verified.

my customer can receive order email,

but I can not send newsletter and receive notification by using contact form

When you see the Domain: Pending status on a domain you’ve purchased from Shopify, this usually means you have not verified your domain yet, but the Shopify systems also haven’t sent you the email to do so yet. However, this Pending status indicates it is in the process of being sent. This status usually isn’t attached to the domain long enough to be seen unless our systems are having delays.

You mentioned you’ve already verified your domain though, can you confirm you’ve done this via email link? Also, could you share your domain URL here so I can check it out in more detail?
