Help please, on my editing screen the image banner from a template is viewed perfectly fine but then when I go to the actual website itself, the image does not appear at all and the only thing you can see is everything but the image banner. Please do help me because I am new to Shopify. Thanks!

@ilovedogs Somehow, I am not able to find the solution for it. The HTML element for the image is not loading. So I can not provide any solution.
