There is an error code on Instagram every time I try to connect to my Facebook page and thus I cannot sell my products on Instagram. I’ve reached out to Instagram multiple times and it’s complete silence. I’ve also reached out to Shopify and have yet to hear back. I am also unable to “disconnect page” as when I hit the button it goes no where. Is there any way to rectify this situation?
