Hi there,
We have a support ticket number for this query if you wish to review historic correspondence, ticket ID is 22137796
We connected our Instagram business account to Shopify but it has been pending review for over 2 months now. (please see image below)
We have adhered to all the eligibility requirements and cannot understand why the account has not been approved after so long.
Please help us to rectify this issue at your nearest convenience.

I had to contact Instagram on every possible format before I got a response and was able to have my Instagram shopping account approved.
Would you mind sharing how you contacted them? I am going through the same thing and I am having no joy. It would be much appreciated thank you.
