Hi @Scotttrendytrov .

Thank you for your message and for sharing your store link, I would be happy to offer you some suggestions to look into this.

I think overall, your shop looks good however your main page may be a little “busy” with many different product images. I would recommend streamlining your homepage, with perhaps your main image and some quick links to products or collections. I am glad to hear you are getting traffic coming into the store, this is of course the first step, there are some further things I can suggest to look into why you may not be converting those visitors into sales.

  1. Is your main navigation easy to use?
  2. Does your visual brand look professional?
  3. Does your website copy speak to your target audience?
  4. Are shoppers adding products to their cart?
  5. How are visitors scrolling, clicking, and searching your website?

The above resources coming from a fantastic and in-depth guide that you can check out here, the guide focuses on shops that are seeing traffic but not converting any sales and what you can do to counteract that.

Another cool tool that I love sharing with our merchants is a handy (and currently free to download) application called Lucky Orange. I like this app because it can actually show you recording data of where your customers may be getting “stuck” in your shop. Of course, this can not instantly bring in more sales for you, however, it can help provide further insight into what you may need to implement to help your customers make purchases. This application may be worth downloading and playing around with to see if you can diagnosis any pain points for your customers.

As mentioned, your products look great, but you may also want to clean up your individual product pages as they appear a little busy as well. These extra images may need to be removed to create a cleaner and more professional look, have you considered simply adding these to the main product images?

Another aspect you may want to look into is your marketing, you mentioned getting traffic, how are you advertising your shop currently? I recommend checking out this handy guide, that talks about ways to make your first sale in 30 days. It touches on important factors you need to consider when marketing, such as:

I hope some of these ideas help out moving forward and please do not hesitate to reach back out here with any questions you may have, we are always happy to chat!
