I’m entering a manual credit card sale for someone who is out of state. I have all the credit card information needed. There is a prompt that comes up saying that “there was an issues with Shopify and the payment couldn’t be processed.” Anyone know why?
Hi. I am having the same issue.
It looks like Shopify is having trouble with credit cards at the moment.
I don’t know how to get a hold of them to ask when they expect to fix the issue.
I think it has been fixed.
