Why is my mobile menu not functioning properly?

Hi All,

I’ve searched this issue and it has come up a few times, however I did not find a solution that worked for me.

2 issues

  1. Main menu in footer mysteriously stopped working (all goes to #)

  2. Menu doesn’t work in mobile format. Clicking the menu items or dropdowns does nothing.

Go to navigation → go to menu which is assigned for the footer menu → check if you have assigned the link or not.

I’m not sure if I understand your response. The footer uses the same menu as the header nav. It’s the same menu. All of the links function properly in the header.

@wheelflip - i think your menu is not working in mobile as the javascript code which does that is corrupted or removed, did you recently made any update or added any app?

I updated the Supply theme to the version with Installments enabled, however I believe it’s been an issue since before that. As I’m not an expert here, how can I figure out which lines of code are corrupted?
